Since 1987 Jane has held a number of different positions in other Embassies as well as in F&B departments and hospitality management; this exposure has offered her multifaceted experience and a holistic grasp of her work, sharpened her customer care, management and team working skills and perfected her taste and style for high quality gastronomy.
Academic background
Jane holds a Diploma in Kitchen Management (Domestic Science College Midtjyllands Lanbo-Og Husholdningsskole, Grindsted Denmark) and a Culinary Diploma (Norfyns Youth College in Saerslev Denmark) while she has extensive ISO and HACCP training. She regularly attends workshops and master classes in Greece and abroad.
